Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
During high-volume periods such as launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs, or

A refund may be issued excluding original shipping fees.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier. However, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for parcels confirmed as delivered.
We strongly recommend selecting shipping options that include tracking and insurance where available.
Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders will be listed on the product description.
